RadioShack has focused its charitable giving on support for LIVESTRONG® and the global fight against cancer that touches nearly all of us. RadioShack has collected more than $12 million for LIVESTRONG, the foundation that was established to inspire and empower those who are affected by cancer — from those actively battling the disease, to survivors, friends and family members.

Each year, more than 12 million people worldwide are diagnosed with cancer, and 8 million people die from the disease. LIVESTRONG offers support At the moment of diagnosis, providing cancer patients and their families with the resources they need to fight cancer head-on. LIVESTRONG also works to raise awareness, fund research and end the "cancer stigma" that many survivors face. Through its vast grassroots network, LIVESTRONG connects people and communities to drive social change, a mission that includes advocating for local, state, national and world leaders to help fight this disease.

Grants and Requests

In addition to support for LIVESTRONG, RadioShack offers a limited number of local grants each year to qualified organizations that are focused on promoting personal technology in education and certain other community initiatives. Unfortunately, due to the large volume of requests received every year, RadioShack is unable to participate in every request. To be eligible for consideration, requests for grants or donations must be submitted at least six weeks before the fundraising event.

Please do not submit requests to RadioShack store locations. Requests for grants or product donations must be submitted to RadioShack via our online donation request system. We can no longer accept requests via any other channel.
